The essentials every footwear buyer asks us — MOQ, sampling, lead times, payment, shipping and customization. Anything else, we’re one message away.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+
Our standard MOQ is 500–1,000 pairs per style, depending on construction and materials. Trial orders for new customers are negotiable — talk to us and we will find a workable starting point.
How long does sampling take?+
Sampling takes 7–15 days after we receive your specifications, tech pack or reference samples. We confirm every detail with you before mass production begins.
What is the lead time for bulk orders?+
Mass production takes 30–45 days after sample approval, depending on order quantity and season. We provide a production schedule with your order confirmation and keep you updated at every stage.
What payment terms do you accept?+
Standard terms are 30% deposit to start production and 70% balance before shipment. We accept T/T (telegraphic transfer) and L/C (letter of credit).
Which shipping terms do you offer?+
We ship worldwide under FOB, CIF and DDP terms. Whether you have your own forwarder or want door-to-door delivery, we arrange the logistics that fit your business.
Can you add our logo and custom packaging?+
Yes. We offer logo embossing, printing and metal badges, woven labels and fully custom packaging. As an OEM shoe factory, private-label production is our core business.
What materials do you work with?+
Genuine leather, suede, PU, EVA, rubber, TPR, cork and textiles — all sourced to meet international standards. Material certificates can be provided with your order.
Do you offer designs, or only build to our specs?+
Both. With OEM we manufacture to your specifications; with ODM you can choose and adapt styles from our in-house collection. Many clients combine the two across their range.
